Versatile FRP Grating Walkway for Heavy Industrial Traffic
Our FRP grating walkway panels are compression-molded from premium-grade fiberglass reinforced polyester resin, creating a robust one-piece construction that withstands continuous heavy foot traffic, equipment loads, and chemical exposure. The integral diamond-grit surface provides reliable slip resistance in wet, oily, or icy conditions.
Each panel is designed for quick installation on existing steel or aluminum support structures using standard fastening systems. Panels interlock seamlessly for continuous walkway runs. At only 3.5 psf for 1.5 in thick panels, the lightweight construction allows easy handling by a single worker without mechanical lifting.
Available in multiple thicknesses (1.0 in, 1.5 in, 2.0 in), panel sizes up to 4 ft × 12 ft, and a standard safety-yellow color option for high-visibility walkway demarcation. Fire-retardant and UV-stabilized grades are available for outdoor and hazardous-area installations.
